i remove debian folder from package.

The directory "debian" in qarte-4.9.0.tar.gz is an oversight by the author, i guess?

for this version i need to reset settings :

mv ~/.Qarte/user_config ~/.Qarte/user_config.old

then run Qarte

i just try to reinstall package, and it pass sha256sum, can you manually check this http://www.oqapy.eu/releases/qarte-4.7.0.tar.gz

Same checksum issue here:

$ makepkg

source is modified 2 days after i made update, package updated.
