Thank you for the tip! I was a bit confused about this, but I'm still not 100% familiar with some desktop things. Expect to see a patch in a day or two.

There is no .desktop or other in this package so application is not present in menu. A kind of this => File : /usr/share/applications/qgroundcontrol.desktop [Desktop Entry] Type=Application Name=Qgroundcontrol Comment=Ground control software Exec=/usr/bin/qgroundcontrol Icon=/opt/qgroundcontrol/qgroundcontrol.png Terminal=false Categories=Qt;Education;

@pryre, I've verified the PKGBUILD and the md5sum worked fine. Please try again, maybe the file you downloaded was corrupted.

I think there may be something wrong with the bump to 3.1.3, although it was probably made upstream. The package fails to verify the md5sum of the tar, may have something to do with the fact the file is downloaded as "QGroundControl.tar.bz2" and not "qgroundcontrol.tar.bz2 as expected".
