I've added the icon and created a desktop file. I tried installing the config file, but it doesn't seem to save any changes. It appears to be an upstream issue. Also, this should have been called qtscrcpy, not qt-scrcpy.

This depends on qt5-x11extras according to namcap.

It doesn't seem to be working with scrcpy 1.14. See issue #235.
