I am not sure whether to add libidn11 as a dependency (it is needed), whether Rainlendar catch up with the latest dependency soon.

Please, update to Beta version. I spoke to the author of Rainlendar, and latest beta has the bug I talk about earlier removed: http://www.rainlendar.net/cms/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=42&func=view&catid=7&id=24556

Please: Could someone change the dependency from 'openssl098' to 'openssl' ? Openssl098 causes too many problems and openssl works fine with rainlendar.

I had issues installing this, but modifying the dependency from "openssl098" to "openssl" fixed it for me. Thanks for the AUR!

The package seems to be working. Other people had troubles with events lately, but I doubt that is due to wrong dependencies... (You can also check the PKGBUILD of this package and see it essentially unpacks the archive from the official website.)

Too bad this package and / or its dependencies do not work. After installing *every* event's name is empty, even newly created ones. I tried the tar-ball rainlendar.net provides and it works out of the box. It's not maintained by a package manager, but at least it works. The guy from the support team came up with the following ideas: "The events seem to be read correctly from the server but the summary is cleared which suggest that there is a problem with the license. It could be have been corrupted. Try downloading the license file again and reinstall it." "Have you tried reinstalling Rainlendar? Another thing which might be causing the problem is that if the Rainlendar's plugins and the main application do not match. The plugins will calculate a checksum from the main application and if that differs from the pre-calculated value the application is considered as invalid (and you'll get the missing summaries). I guess there might also be some security setting in Arch preventing access to the main application but I don't know enough about Arch Linux to know for sure."
