Removed the check. Users with low-mem and high core-count systems such as ARM can add COLCON_EXTRA_ARGS to their environment manually. The required memory is much lower than the full ros2 desktop build anyway, which is where this check was taken from.

free | grep -Po "Mem:\s+\K\d+" is totally biased towards english locale and doesn't work for me because we call it SPEICHER >:(
