Yes, I know about that problem. Had the same when I wanted to add mesos from AUR. The only solution I've found so far is to import the key using gpg, but not as root, but as a regular user:

gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys BF0EBCD13D97CD09

Once that's done, retry adding roxterm using e.g. yaourt

(I honestly don't know why makepkg can't take care of fetching/adding pubkeys by itself. Might be a bug in makepkg? But that's just a guess).
