check() fails with error: invalid command 'test':

==> Starting check()...
usage: setup.py [global_opts] cmd1 [cmd1_opts] [cmd2 [cmd2_opts] ...]
   or: setup.py --help [cmd1 cmd2 ...]
   or: setup.py --help-commands
   or: setup.py cmd --help

error: invalid command 'test'

Regards!,
and please also switch away from calling setup.py directly but use the procedure laid out in the Arch Linux wiki on python packages:

python -m build in build(),
python -m installer in install(),
with added needed make dependencies.

Thanks for the package!

@nogweii: I'd email nutz, ask to co-maintain, if you haven't already. Otherwise, maybe time to submit an orphan request and take it over?

there was another couple of minor releases, 0.5.28 is the latest version. The package is also missing the dependency on python-setuptools. I'm planning on using this a bunch, and can help maintain it.

I don't actually use runrestic, so I'm gonna orphan this and let someone else take over.

Again the service is missing:

sed: can't read sample/systemd/runrestic.service: No such file or directory

@monomial: Thanks for letting me know, URLs updated. :)

monomial commented on 2020-08-28 06:52 (UTC)

The upstream URL has changed to https://github.com/sinnwerkstatt/runrestic (but there's a forward from the old URL)

@RubenKelevra, it was fixed but w/o a pkgrel bump. See if that works now.

The last update breaks the installation:

Installing runrestic script to /home/ruben/.cache/yay/runrestic/pkg/runrestic/usr/bin
sed: can't read sample/systemd/runrestic.service: No such file or directory
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in package().
    Aborting...
Error making: runrestic

0.5.0 uploaded. The beta seemed stable. :thumbsup:
