Hey thanks for creating this. It seems racer has moved to cargo instead of make and removed the vim file. I've written a patch here: http://pastebin.com/NbkYAQWk

Sure. Added them, i hope i put the emacs plugin in the right location. also added post_install to give some hints on how to use
