How did you building the package? After building and installing the package, you can start the game through the menu or the console command "serioussam-tfe", "serioussam-tse". If you enter the command ./SeriousSam, then there will be an error "bash: SeriousSam: command not found"
The symbol "inflate" refers to the zlib library. When building a package with the makepkg command, we see a check for the presence of a library:
Try to build and install the package in the standard way:
Packages ""serioussam" and "serioussam-vk" are fully functional and do not require fixes.

Having these issues
./SeriousSam: symbol lookup error: ./libEngine.so: undefined symbol: inflate
both on this and on -vk
