Since GPL is not a valid license identifier replace it with GPL-2.0-or-later please :)

It appears that the shnutils.freeshell.org website is down

Works here today (2023-06-16), but only over unencrypted http. Some browser settings may prevent it from loading ( SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN ), seems like they have cert issues.

It appears that the shnutils.freeshell.org website is down making it impossible to retrieve the package, a simple workaround is to use this link: http://www.slackware.com/~alien/slackbuilds/shntool/build/shntool-3.0.10.tar.gz
