Please update .SRCINFO, it has an old version number so this package always shows as out of date

@aosho235 - thanks for reporting back. pkgconf is in the base-devel group, so it is not included as an explicit dependency. I'm not sure how you ended up without it, but great job debugging!

@aosho235 - that's interesting. I can't reproduce even when doing a clean build of the package. I am not sure what is wrong, but I have an idea you could try. Could you try reinstalling libspatialite?

Cannot install.

I updated the package for now; it does seem to work for at least parsing OSM data. If anyone has issues please report them and I will address them.

I am currently in the process of updating this package but it's actually harder than just incrementing. I believe it uses a legacy version of PROJ which makes compiling it a bit of a pain.

Please update, we are at 5.0.0 now. It works without problems once the version number and checksum are updated.
