Did a clean build (using yay ;-) but it did not change anything.
In the meantime i'm pretty sure that ttf-robot is/should actually not a dependency. but for some reason the font from the upstream package does not seem to be used (at least on my installation).

@smark try and do a clean build and see if that helps clear up your font problem, I wasn't made aware of ttf-roboto being required from upstream, it's probably just an angry python problem. I personally recommend yay for an AUR helper and when I install AUR packages I always choose to clean build everything when asked by yay.

Looks like the dependency to
ttf-roboto
is missing:EDIT: ok, this is strange: the font seems to be already in the package

One oddball thing I noticed right away is that after my config format upgraded it caused my button brightness to go down to 0% and I corrected this by clicking the Settings gear to the right of the Streamdeck selecting dropdown and adjusting the brightness slider back up to a reasonable level. Not so much a bug as simply a lack of providing a stock value for the brightness value during the conversion process.

My goal is to be more predictable when it comes to releases and have a more scheduled way to do so, but at the moment still trying to figure the best workflow .
until we get that sorted. ill try to do my best and at least comment here and give you a couple of days notice.

Version 4.0.0 has been released and I've added the new dependency python-importlib-metadata. Note that as stated by @4s3ti this one could mess up your config so I recommend making another intentional copy of your config just in case. If you have problems with updating remember to cleanbuild and hit me up here if you have problems. I'll do my best to respond today but I'll for sure have time to help on Monday when I'm back at work. Thanks!
@4s3ti is there a way to know these updates are coming down the pipe prior to release day? Also, it'd probably be best to simply mark the package as out of date and leave a comment for me with the link to the release notes if I don't do it first to prevent Arch-user confusion and I'll get it caught up to current fairly quick, generally with a little local testing before I push it to the AUR. Thanks!

Hi, heads up, v4.0.0 has been released and it contains breaking changes that are not backwards compatible.
The application will make a backup, but please make sure to make a backup of your config file.
There's also a new dependency: python-importlib-metadata

@dhtseany, let me know if you are okay with me giving you some heads up like this or if you are fine with just including the relevant information in the release notes and the usual release discussion.

3.2.0-1 again seemed relatively uneventful from an update perspective, with this release being mostly bugfixes. As always let me know if you need help with any update problems!

Bump to 3.1.0-1 seemed uneventful from an update perspective but it brought some new features with it. Let me know if you need help with any update problems!
