I've updated this package to the stable release, it makes no sense to me to have a beta package tracking the not-latest version if there's no beta release out.

Got checksum error on subsonic-5.1-standalone.tar.gz while building, new md5sum seems to be f5dd63e4d52a63de324010a3979e05c9

Can you update the PKGBUILD to not clobber an existing subsonic.conf?

The change in subsonic home directory does not bring across the subsonic.properties file. You need to manually copy it over `cp /var/subsonic/subsonic.properties /var/lib/subsonic`. Otherwise you will loose any settings (in my case, my license and LDAP setting).

My new subsonic-beta package allows to run subsonic as its own user. I've also fixed the dependencies, as libcups doesn't appear to be needed (which would also be weird, why need a printing lib). https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/subsonic-beta/ https://github.com/thomwiggers/aur-subsonic-beta/

* This new version stops running subsonic as root! You might need to change permissions on your media folders. * This new version also moves subsonic from /var/subsonic to /var/lib/subsonic! You will need to move your database from /var/subsonic/db * You can now find the start-up configuration in /etc/subsonic.conf (ugly symlink to /var/lib/subsonic/subsonic.sh for now) Package files can be found at https://github.com/thomwiggers/aur-subsonic-beta

FYI, this works with both the armv6h and armv7h architectures, if you want to add them to the 'arch' array.
