This is also a meson build now; and needs libexecdir to be defined (it will install a file to /usr/libexec/ otherwise).

I found several references to a pantheon-dpms-helper, but I can't for the life of me find it anywhere :(. It is supposed to provide this gsetting key.

With this installed, switchboard crashes on start. I think the relevant error is: "Settings schema 'org.pantheon.dpms' is not installed".
