32-bit libraries are not a requirement, see the package teamviewer-beta.
In my opinion you should keep it at v12 as long as the Linux version is marked as a preview.

Without changing anything, since teamviewer 13 a desktop environment/login with display manager like lightdm/sddm/gdm is required.
