This PKGBUILD needs updating.
As stated in, https://angband.pl/termrec.html the git repo moved from sourceforge to github, https://github.com/kilobyte/termrec/.
There are newer versions (v0.19) since this PKGBUILD was last updated in 2019 (v0.18), https://github.com/kilobyte/termrec/tags
