@yesimnathan, why flagging as outdated? Seems like 0.7.1 is the last released version of the Java program. According to the github README, they're working on a QT5 rewrite, but I don't see any releases for that yet. Perhaps work stopped already? Additionally, since Google Code is discontinued, the current package may die as well some time and we may need to build the .jar from the source at github anyway. If you feel like helping out keeping the PKGBUILD updated, please do and send a pull request: https://github.com/spantaleev/PKGBUILDs

I saw and was wondering why you did that, as I don't see a newer version released. I then assumed you flagged it out of date, because it was broken, not because it was out of date, so I checked if it builds and it worked fine. Anyway, it's here if you want to send a pull request - https://github.com/spantaleev/PKGBUILDs

I flagged it out-of-date. Do you have the package on github? If so I can send you a pull request with the PKGBUILD patch :)

Great, that's even better!

Thanks for the suggestions. I was wondering whether or not I should use the ready-made jar file or build it from source. The wiki suggested building if the package provided an easy way to do it, so I went for that. I didn't like all the dependencies and how slow building was (for no real benefit), so I'm also happy to get rid of that now. The new package uses the pre-built jar file, thus removing the java-environment and maven dependencies. It also downloads the icon file directly from github, thus removing the git dependency.

Thanks for making the package. I have a couple of suggestions (and patches) for it: - Currently the PKGBUILD checks out the HEAD of the master branch from the Git repository, which is not necessarily the version 0.7.1 specified in the PKGBUILD. Maybe it should check out a particular commit instead, to make sure that the packaged version is always 0.7.1, regardless of new commits to the repository. Patch: https://gist.github.com/1447488 - If only the icon was checked out from the Git repository, and the JAR itself was taken from www.tomighty.org, the build-time dependencies on maven and java-environment could be dropped.
