A new tribler-bin package has been created as suggested: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/tribler-bin. I will disown this package in favor of tribler-bin. If anyone wants to create a Tribler package built from source, feel free to take ownership of this repository.

Good point, I will rename the package soon.

This should be named tribler-bin because it's not building, and the tribler*_all.deb is x86_64 only.

Another option is to download and manually install the latest version of the package from the Arch Linux archive: https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/p/python-pony/

After a little investigation I think I found out the main issue. I tried to build the python-pony package from the Arch Linux Gitlab repo (https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/python-pony) with makepkg and I got the following error: "Sorry, but pony 0.7.17 requires Python of one of the following versions: 3.8-3.11. You have version 3.12.3" It seems that the Pony ORM is not yet compatible with Python 3.12 and I also found a corresponding issue in their repository: https://github.com/RedHatQE/qe-metrics/issues/66#issuecomment-2028098165

Unfortunately, yes, it has been deleted. When I searched for it, I got the following message: "python-pony 0.7.17-1 has been removed from the [extra] repository.". I didn't notice the problem because I already had the package installed. I'll try to think of something. As a last resort, I will make the missing package.

Am I missing something here or was the python-pony package deleted? It doesn't appear to exist but without it this can't be installed since it's a required package.

Hi! You have been added as a co-maintainer. :)

Could you add me as co-maintainer please? There were some issues with the PKGBUILD i want to fix.
