Your source file URLs http://unifoundry.com/pub/unifont/unifont-15.1.04/font-builds/unifont_csur-15.1.04.ttf and http://unifoundry.com/pub/unifont/unifont-15.1.04/font-builds/unifont_csur-15.1.04.ttf give HTTP error 404.

In the browser as well as via makepkg: 

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404
==> ERROR: Failure while downloading http://unifoundry.com/pub/unifont/unifont-15.1.04/font-builds/unifont_csur-15.1.04.ttf
    Aborting...

Only the .otf files are present -- so you need to use those and convert during build().
Or directly build from ↗ source, as ttf-unifont does it.

Hi, sorry for the late update Note that since 9.0.02 update of unifont the unifont_csur.ttf contains only the extra symbols of Csur. The other symbols are all stored in the files installed by ttf-unifont which I added as dependency.
