Hi have been have this problem for a few couple of months now, and comment between Steven and port19 is quite unclear.
Should I remove the
tuxedo-keyboard-dkms
&tuxedo-keyboard-ite-dkms
or should just remove removetuxedo-keyboard-tools
also I'm on a infinity book S15 gen6 so I don't think I need advanced keyboard drivers.
Kind regard -L

Has been a bumpy road these past several weeks with this package.
It does work again for me, but don't be surprised by xiotas measures.
I myself am slightly annoyed by the complete vanishing of the
tuxedo-keyboard
AUR source which I assume to have been in your maintainership. If you needs assistance, or have spotty availability, it's possible to share maintainership.

Issue was already reported as comment and ignored (change was pushed without fixing or responding to comment). If you don't want flags, the remaining option is orphan request. Fair or not, those are the tools provided by aurweb – comment, flag, requests.
Since you have requested that I not flag, I will open orphan requests in the future for ignored comments.
StevenSeifried commented on 2024-01-07 11:02 (UTC)
Please don't abuse the "Flag package out-of-date" function to report bugs, please use the comment function as intended.
When the "Flag package out-of-date" will be abused to report a bug, I will unflag it and wait, that the bug will be reported as comment. If you don't want to report a bug as comment, please feel free to contact me directly via e-mail. Unflagging doesn't mean that I'm "implied refusal to correct".
Also, filling out an "Orphan Request" more or less directly after I unflagged it, isn't fair. I don't always have the time to take care of it straight away. So, please give me time.

Please remove
replaces
directive. It is not useful on AUR and causes problems in some use cases. Put packages from both replaces and provides intoconflicts

Updated
PKGBUILD
for 4.0.1 that does compile against linux lts 6.1 (and probably others less than 6.2) as well as linux 6.6.7.port19 commented on 2023-12-13 14:20 (UTC)
4.0.0 doesn't work on my Aura 15 Gen 1. Installs fine, but keylight and fan control via the control center no longer works
