@Beyley: Maybe this upstream issue is related: https://github.com/uim/uim/issues/26 . When I try building this package in clean environment, successfully built with no csi executable.
Do you have installed 'mono' package? It have irrelevant csi executable, so removing mono package might solve this problem.
