@georgerabus, well that's a strange one, considering that I tested the build and made sure the program started properly prior to pushing. But yes, something was off with the shasums. Try it now.

AppImage sha256sum is failing on my end.

I'll start using the flatpak version from now on. The startup is only slightly slower than unpacked AppImage (this package).

If anyone wants to continue to maintain this package, feel free to adopt this package.

@snogard It seems that the author re-uploaded a different binary to the same URL. makepkg only fails on my machine after I delete the old file.

sha256sum check for the AppImage shouldn't be skipped.

Just upscayl for conflicts is enough because upscayl-bin provides upscayl.
