i not forget nothing, seems AUR git server do something into COPYING file when upload it. maybe changes in CR/RL EOL.

You forgot to modify the correct sha256sum for COPYING file, might as well replace with SKIP to fix it.

perhaps it'd be better to include the license with the PKGBUILD. its rather short:

The website for wtfpl appears to be broken, which is causing this package to fail to install.
