Please add the missing folders such as "docs" and "plugins", and the "CHANGELOG.md" etc.

These all are already included in the clone repo, and they should end up in something like fex:

/usr/sharer/doc/visidata/xyz

Just like you already do it for the LICENSE file

install -Dm644 LICENSE.gpl3 "$pkgdir/usr/share/licenses/${pkgname%-*}/LICENSE"

Visidata already has a man page. But the "docs" is much more than that, and he keeps updating it, https://github.com/saulpw/visidata/commits/stable/docs
