Please also install and back up etc/vtm/settings.xml

I am trying to follow what upstream installs with cmake --install and while it is easy (and common) to add extra files in PKGBUILDs, in this case I don't see any reason here to add src/vtm.xml and install it as /etc/vtm/settings.xml, given that vtm is more likely to be configured on the user side at ~/.config/vtm/settings.xml.
