This should be renamed to vulkan-caps-viewer-x11-git since it's built with X11 enabled. Upstream provides both an X11 and Wayland version.

Thanks for maintaining the package! I've cleaned up the PKGBUILD a little bit, please take a look: http://ix.io/46NB

Major changes:

  • Removed unused source line

  • Enabled Wayland, since it's now possible to select the correct platform at runtime

  • Use git tags for pkgver()

the icon theme is installed in wrong path. needs install in /usr/share/pixmaps or in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/256x256/apps and add hicolor-icon-theme to depends=() instead of /usr/share/icons.

also need renamed like the .desktop file

fix-build.patch is not needed anymore for latest source from git.
