taking over, fixed build, now with meson/ninja (was cmake). source updated to https://sr.ht/~leon_plickat/wlclock/ according to @Gnarlsnishiholy ****, my bad, I overlooked depau's comment and used Gnarlsnishi's pointer to change this package into something totally "unrelated", as depau pointed out: I'll revert the my change and disown.

By the way, note that the project you linked is a completely unrelated project and it's also unmaintained.
