@envolution Yes thank-you it is working now and Artha installs with working functionality.
Though you may(?) need to add 2 conflicts packages wordnet-tk and wordnet-cli, as I had to remove these (I only installed them to try to get Artha to work).

if you find conflicts with wordnet-tk and wordnet-cli just remove them as this now a unified package
