How can I install this on my armv7l processor? This seems to only be an x86 version.

Is it possible to use russian language in wps office gui?
sergioad commented on 2015-01-18 14:22 (UTC)
well I saw the problem; the compiled WPS office package has wrong version numbers, please check the PKGbuilds and other things

Hello friend can you fuse the wpsoffice and wpsoffice-common packages into one? having both separated causes some issues on Arch, when I install WPSOffice I have a permanen upgrade advice to upgrade wpsoffice-common so I need to uninstall it some times

I just uploaded packages with dictionaries for 18 languages. You can add them in optional deps if you want. Enjoy!

can you please fix your package build, when you build it it builds wpsoffice as 1.2 and not "wpsoffice-9.1.0.4945~a16p3-1-any.pkg.tar.xz" so octopi just repeats there is a upgrade when there is not
ljrk commented on 2015-01-02 19:28 (UTC)
why dont you use the tar.xz release and how is this one different from this pkg:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/wps-office/
?

@jaydoc
There are no 64-bit releases for quite some time (and not likely, in the foreseeable future).
This PKGBUILD will install the 32-bit version with the help of [multilib] repo.
jaydoc commented on 2014-12-23 01:00 (UTC)
Is this suitable for a 64-bit system? WPS office was supposed to have a 64-bit version but the PKGBUILD seems to require 32 bit?

If you have the "ERROR: One or more files failed the validity check!" problem, try cleaning your AUR cache first, and try again.

[ATTENTION] The new international version (11.1.0.9080) removed zh_CN support, login, and some other functions. If you still want full functions, or you want aarch64 support, you may need the Chinese version from https://linux.wps.cn here: https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/wps-office-cn

I split the
/usr/share/mime/packages/wps-office-*.xml
files to thewps-office-mime
package to avoid mime issues. If you still want the mime files provided by wps-office itself, you can install the new mime package.Universebenzene commented on 2019-07-05 17:08 (UTC)
There is no official 32-bit package for version 11.1.0.8722, so I drop the support for i686 arch. For archlinux32 users you can create another wps-office package for 32-bit system yourself.

When you shut down wps-office, the wpsoffice process may still exist. You can do
sudo chmod -x /usr/lib/office6/wpsoffice
to fix it. But this might bring you problem with signing in.oowl commented on 2017-11-29 14:16 (UTC)
