I solved reinstalling (and recompiling) package after boost and boost-libs updates to 1.83

Still getting a libboost error. And wsjtx-beta is time-bombed and won't work. Argh!

@simona: physics.princeton.edu is still down, migrated this package to source from sourceforge until that's fixed.

libboost problems persist, created wsjtx-beta to track 2.6.0 release candidates which build fine

@artemia: you appear to have updated libboost since building wsjtx, and would need to rebuild wsjtx

@w9hdg: I see similar failures on rebuild attempts, likely related to libboost changes. We will need to wait for wsjtx to fix upstream.

Last update of my Arch : I get wsjtx: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_log_setup.so.1.79.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I tried to reinstall without success

Trying to install on a fresh Arch install and running into a build error...

Latest update of boost/libboost seems to have broken my WSJTX install...

Update - rebuilding the package against the new library fixed it.

I "updated" the 'hamlib-git' package/PKGBUILD to REMOVE support for "indi". Now wsjt-x can compile with hamlib installed. (PLUS you can leave "libindi" installed on your system.)

This is a normal behaviour. If libs against which something is build change you have to rebuild the package. You can check if a rebuild of packages is neccessary with "checkrebuild" (package "rebuild-detector").
