I ran into the same problem as @HiJack88 .

The easiest fix to get rid of the error is disabling building the docs.

Edit line 53 in the PKGBUILD into

 -DENABLE_DOCS=OFF \

I keep getting an build error as given below. I'm using the latest updates on Arch Linux. Can anybody help?

That is correct @bokaila, qt5-svg and other dependencies were missing in this new version of yacas, are already corrected. I delayed in correcting them because with the latest update of Sphinx* the compilations gave error, with all the updates of today I can see that the PKGBUILD works well.

So far I have not been able to compile the new version, there are many cmake errors that I can not solve.

You're right. Is an involuntary error. In version 1.4.2 cmake was already in the makedepends() Yacas currently advanced to version 1.6.1, has undergone major changes in which I continue working.

I think cmake should be in make deps.

Yacas is already in the version number 1.3.6 I still do not update the PKGBUILD by small bug
