If anyone is having issue launching yofi in Hyprland, try the git package. This package tracks the latest release which was back in 2022 and it does not currently contain the latest fixes.

I've updated this to 0.1.4.
However, I've stopped using this myself in favour of
sway-launcher-desktop
, so if you'd like to adopt this, please let me know.
