@mvdan
Yes, I dropped the dependency for the reasons explained in my previous comment.

@edh have the gstreamer0.10 deps been dropped? I can't see it.
Thanks!

@quest
Thanks for the reminder! Though being referenced in the binaries it is not included in the official package. Therefore I assume it is not strictly required for zoom to work properly and I simply dropped it as well.

Looks like gstreamer0.10 and gstreamer0.10-base have been pulled. =(

I confirm this client also works with ringcentral meetings :)

@edh
I was only trying to help.

@HarlemSquirrel
Flagging a package as out-of-date is sufficient. You do not need to post an additional comment.

I was able to install 2.0.75971.1216 by updating the following
pkgver=2.0.75971.1216
md5sums_i686=('1327aa6cd13f883d5b2566794bac6d66')
md5sums_x86_64=('3cadbc7c9369c002f91fedf04a87de8b')

Sorry flagged this as out of date because the client is claiming there is a newer version, and when I look at my `pacman -Qi zoom` it shows 2.0.57232.0713-2.
However, clearly this package is using the most recent version, 2.0.63547.0830.

@Rhinoceros - I finally got screen sharing to work under KDE with Wayland. Looks like I'm using the same versions as you:
I followed the Screen share section on the Zoom wiki page:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Zoom_Meetings
The only thing I didn't need to do was set XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=gnome. I followed the other steps, and now I can choose my desktop/window to share. Prior to following the wiki I couldn't stop screen sharing without the hanging issue, which I was experiencing prior to 6.2.10.
