That's great that the conflict is defined in the zrepl-bin package, but why should the conflict be removed from this package? It's still a conflict.

Please remove conflicts=('zrepl-bin'). The conflict is already defined in zrepl-bin.

/etc/zrepl should be included in the package, even if /etc/zrepl/zrepl.yml isn't provided.

This currently fails to build (with a link error).

Applying the current go package guidelines (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Go_package_guidelines) fixes it
