Fails to build: Run-time dependency vamp found: NO (tried pkgconfig and cmake) meson.build:1224:0: ERROR: Dependency "vamp" not found, tried pkgconfig and cmake

Plz add -Dcarla=enabled to buildflags and add carla-git to dependencies or else vst plugins wont work.

When it gets to building the docs, I get

An error happened in rendering the page appendix/environment.
Reason: TypeError("'NoneType' object is not iterable")
