Add cmake as a make dependency, doesn't compile otherwise, and requires installation of cmake

Could you please move python-sphinx-intl and ruby-sass to make depends? They are only required to build docs.

Alright letters are allowed but dashes are not. For now these will be identified as alpha.#.#.# until they go out of alpha when I will get rid of the alpha designator and start following their real version....

i had meson-git installed and it was giving me an error at build saying missing: meson, so i uninstalled meson-git and installed meson and everything works.. leaving this just in case someone else is having this problem.

That's not true, it's hyphens that aren't allowed, you can use letters freely, which is also used for VCSs in case the version isn't tagged.

@FlyingJay1 In the AUR letters are not allowed in version tags. The number behind the dash is not the version number of zrythm, but the package-build-version. So this seems to be the best way of solving this.
