Since this is the same as the zxing-cpp package in the Arch repo except for the examples, just use that PKGBUILD enabling BUILD_EXAMPLES. Example PKGBUILD (paste expires in one year).

Do not specify the number jobs, that is configured in a users makepkg.conf. See the related wiki article.
