@iamironz note that if you just want a package to be updated, the usual procedure is to click "Flag package out-of-date" on the web page.

I think android-sdk-build-tools is not needed at all. Their official site doesn't list it as a requirement, and I can decode everything normally without the build tools installed.

The googlecode.com download doesn't work anymore (404). EDIT: Here's the new URL: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/iBotPeaches/Apktool/master/scripts/linux/apktool While you're modifying the package, please upgrade to 2.2.0

Is 'android-sdk-build-tools' really needed as dependency now? Apktool brings it's own aapt binary, just in the case.

@qwertypoke Looks like BitBucket has some issues. I've reverted the last change. Guess we'll have to wait.

$ apktool Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile /usr/share/android-apktool/apktool.jar Fixing the checksum made installing possible but there is something wrong in my installation. ... Yes there is something wrong with my installation because: There is currently something wrong with the downloading of apktool.jar from https://bitbucket.org/iBotPeaches/apktool/downloads The file that gets downloaded has size of 0 bytes. I wonder if anybody would care to upload the correct file somewhere where I could download it, Please.

The sha256sum for apktool.jar in PKGBUILD does not match current version.
