It seems there is something wrong with the wordnet-common package - I tried to install the other 'Required by' by package 'dico' and it had a similar error:

configure: error: required module wordnet cannot be built because of missing prerequisites

Still fails to build after recent commit. Same error related to wordnet.

I have the following WordNet packages installed: wordnet-common wordnet-cli wordnet-tk dict-wm

Error:

You must have WordNet library installed to build.

wordnet-common has static library:

wordnet-common usr/include/wn.h
wordnet-common usr/lib/libWN.a

There are problems compiling from source, the way to install Artha (with wordnet) is to compile from flathub: https://flathub.org/apps/net.sourceforge.artha.Artha

I will gladly do so as soon as the ssh keys are working again on the AUR. I tried 1.0.5 and it does compile. Thank you for your proactive help.

Ok I contacted the maintainer on Sourceforge and there is an update "artha-1.0.5.tar.gz" which compiles ok on Arch and gives version 1.0.5. If donpicoro could kindly load in AUR (after checking functionality) that would I think work...
