Poland has updated to 7.1.4 and the md5sum changed. I've updated the PKGBUILD here to use the same more flexible validity check as fotowelt (I meant you to use the fotowelt file, but should have made that clearer). Should work now.

@DonJaime I've changed _productVariant=Poland During the install I get an error:

It's better explained in the cewe-fotowelt PKGBUILD. If that still doesn't help I'll improve the instructions some more.

How can I install a language different than German? I can see that there is something in PKGBUILD, but I don't understand what to change.

Looks like you are using an aur helper (pamac) which is failing to clean up after itself.
christian-becker commented on 2021-07-30 17:56 (UTC)
Updating this package with Pacman was failing until i manually deleted the following file: /var/tmp/pamac-build-USERNAME/cewe-fotobuch/setup_Mein_CEWE_FOTOBUCH.tgz
This file was the previous version. And so the new md5sum didn't match. I think that a fresh install should work without problems.
Maybe the update process could be optimized to replace this file automatically?

Failure in check() indicates that the setup script has been changed. Please flag the package out of date if this happens.
If the application reports a new version, you can OK the update and it will make and install an updated Arch package. (You will need your sudo password.) As long as that works, there is no need to flag out of date.

Ah, sorry, I'm new to Arch and didn't know about that flag. Thanks for your advice.
bjo commented on 2021-07-13 18:54 (UTC)
@klein_Heiti That what's "out of date" flaggig is for.

Have you noticed that there is a new version of cewe-fotobuch? The current version is 7.1.4. In the repository there is still version 7.1.3.
Could you check if you can make the new version available?
