@Alad: done. I hope it's fine now. Feel free to let me know.

Hi Alad, I will move the whole project into Github and I'll try to find a way to host it there, and if possible leave the PKGBUILD here. Please give me some time. Thank you in advance.

If this is still maintained/functional, I suggest uploading it to a proper hoster such as github or gitlab. The AUR is not meant to redistribute upstream sources.

Version 2 released: - Say goodbye to "Aw, snap" pages :) By default this package will install a background script that will take care of reloading pages when they crash. Fully autonomous Kiosk mode! Enjoy!

Hi dun32, thank you for the feedback :) Regarding to your statement, I've also found this https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/arch-dev-public/2015-February/026963.html which also confirmed it. Therefore I did a patch now and moved to post_install as you suggested. @ALL: if you're installing this on ARM devices, make sure you install Chromium <= 54.x or >= 56.x, to make it work. x86/x86_64 platforms are not affected :) Best regards, Julian

Hey @JulianXhokaxhiu, great package we have here ! Got a problem with file permissions on /home/chromium : maybe I'm wrong but it seems like run "systemd-sysusers" inside pre_install() script is not correct. I had to copy this line is post_install() script and comment the one in pre_install() to make it run normally. What I undestand about this problem is that systemd-users is ran while the file chromium-fullscreen.conf is not present in /usr/lib/sysusers.d/ (because it's ran in the pre_install() script). I have a fix_user_creation branch on my computer, where can I create a pull request ? Thanks

ONLY FOR ARM! If you will face some "Aw, snap!" error messages after some minutes once Chromium is being started, see this: https://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=11034 x86/x86_64 platforms are not affected :)
