The package cannot be installed anymore because:

On cqrlog master branch there was a patch recently which changed the meaning of installation directory DESTDIR env variable:

=> in PKGBUILD, package(), the following change is required:

make DESTDIR="$pkgdir/usr/" install

Lazarus seems to migrate to a never-ending-story... Something has changed that none of the two options in PKGBUILD matches.

Not a problem for me to fix the PKGBUILD as proposed. After the change cqrlog builds flawlessly again. Good to know this ;) Thanks for your work!

YEP...well I'm not convinced it is a debian/ubuntu thing...

BUT here's the fix: PLEASE go back to what use to work ... i.e. Comment the FIRST sed command, in the PREPARE(), and UNCOMMENT the second sed command.

(When (and IF) this settles down I will re-do this PKGBUILD again, but since this has been a problem going back for several years that appears from time to time, I have left these two different sed invocations so the users can/could easily change between them without my needing to intervene.)

SO... If the manual editing is not to your liking; please let me know and I will re-do the PKGBUILD immediately.

Thank you for your work! Now it builds flawlessly. It was upstream ;). Developer of cqrlog uses Ubuntu/Debian based system I think and this can lead to incompatibilities some time...

Well it wasn't the "chroot" or any deps. Which leaves two other possibilities: me or upstream...

FIXED (for now; i.e. until upstream AND/OR lazarus is changed again.)
