@dessert: DKMS tries to compile the module for an old kernel which it does not find any headers for.

linux-headers is at 5.15.12 and linux-lts-headers is at 5.10.89.

Unless you have a good reason to have 5.11.2 installed, you should remove all traces of that kernel from your system and then the DKMS build will not fail (at this stage of the process).

@florax, so you are saying v1.10.0 actually works with current displaylink on your hardware or are you on the displaylink beta?

5.15.12-arch1-1 works if doing it like @direc85 describes.

ERROR: Missing 5.11.2 that's another kernel......

Please note that 5 days ago evdi package was updated to point to a newer tag (v1.10.0) which is working with the latest kernel (checked on my laptop 5.15.12 kernel + headers) My opinion is that this makes evdi more evdi-git than this actual evdi-git for the time being :) @dessert FYI

@direc85 Thank you, works here to.

I'm also having issues with the newest commits, so I had to modify PKGBUILD to go back to known good version:

-source[0]+='#branch=devel'
+source[0]+='#commit=d6b28414a4ceb41a904077318b48fa8a7d8981d1'

Then run makepkg -f and install the package with pacman -U evdi-git-1.9.1.r48.gd6b2841-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst (I don't know if the .pkg.zst name is going to be the same for you). Works with at least 5.15.7 as of right now :)
