@yochananmarqos nothing we can do then if the correct dependencies are broken. Should I revert PKGBUILD and leave the package broken?

Also can you suggest another project that would replace this? I want to ditch chromium and the only thing preventing me is the webcam background feature from web conference apps that is missing in Firefox.

@gchamon: Do not directly depend on the binary or VCS versions. They provide and conflict with the base version, so a user has a choice which package to install.

No, I don't wish to be a Co-Maintainer. The project doesn't seem very active anymore.

@yochananmarqos added your PKGBUILD to this repo and fixed two dependencies:

python-mediapipe -> python-mediapipe-bin
python-pyfakewebcam -> python-pyfakewebcam-git

This package should be operational now. Just installed it with these changes, but I still need to verify if it's functional in practice.

Any plans to update the package to reflect changes to the build sysytem of package from November (pull request #200 https://github.com/fangfufu/Linux-Fake-Background-Webcam/pull/200). Thanks for maintaining this :)

@yochananmarqos an AUR package exists, yes. But the upstream is gone, so it's not possible to build it. Perhaps you haven't built this package recently? :)

Dependency python-pyfakewebcam no longer exists.
