It's Freeware Licence documented here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_Download_Manager

I found this in the .deb package in /data/user/share/appdata/freedownloadmanager.appdata.xml
<id>freedownloadmanager.desktop</id> <update_contact>support@freedownloadmanager.org</update_contact> <metadata_license>CC0-1.0</metadata_license> <project_license>Proprietary</project_license> <name>Free Download Manager</name>
and you should update the package version too.
You may add libtorrent as a dependency.

Actually, I don't know what is Adware Licence. I've found this in freedownloadmanager's official deb package's info. That's why I also wrote it as this package is built from the official deb package.
