@milouse Thanks for the support, I added you as co-maintainer.
I only saw the message after pushing already the update with the latest release. But feel free to update again with your changes. I looked over them and the changes make sense (adding icons and disabling auto-update, since on Linux updates happen via pacman).

This new PKGBUILD feature the .desktop file to add launcher in desktop menu and the policies file to avoid noisy update popup.
If you are not afraid of that, I can also volunteer as a co-packager if you wish :)

Unfortunately, the Ghostery Browser has been discontinued (source: https://www.ghostery.com/blog/ghostery-private-browser-discontinued).
It will not see any further updates. I would recommend to switch to Firefox to get the latest security patches.
