Is this working for people? I run into an error post export _gimp_version=2.99:

I revamped this package a bit, with a better pkgver (so your local installation won’t look eternally out of date because v.2.9.7 sorts lower than v.218) and with GIMP 2.99/3.0 support. Let me know if I broke anything. I haven’t actually tested it with extra/gimp (gimp-2.0), only with aur/gimp-devel (gimp-2.99).

Successful build with Gimp-2.10.8 with version 2.4.2_pre#181205, required wget

This does have a purpose for pre-release testing as the dev cycle is rapid.

Successfully build with Gimp-2.10 but not with Gimp-2.10.2: 'Project ERROR: gimp-2.0 development package not found'

This seems to be an upstream issue ( https://github.com/c-koi/gmic-qt/issues/38 , https://github.com/dtschump/gmic/issues/48 , gimp 2.10 is still in testing), I just tested with gimp 2.08 from the stable repo.

edit: I updated to gimp 2.10 and I'm getting the same error. I don't know why I made this package and somehow missed gimp-plugin-gmic in the official repo, I'm orphaning it.

Doesn't build:

I built and installed gimp-devel from aur, didn't help, still the same error. The community version of gimp-plugin-gmic is not recognized by gimp 2.10.
