I noticed that after package 217 that my audio would start cutting out a lot and I kept rolling back to that version. Would you think that there is something on my end causing that or is that a bug with the newer versions?

Added amd/intel support (experimental, the video in variable framerate mode, quality not optimized).
Edit: Recording a monitor on amd/intel has been temporary disabled. Please record a window instead until the issue has been fixed.
Edit2: Recording a monitor on amd/intel has been re-enabled.

@marcinn thanks a lot for that information. I removed the installation of that setting now.

Hi. The 88-gsr-coolbits.conf
file enables silently nvidia module in Xorg. On systems with AMD gpu Xorg will not start after reboot, because tries to load nvidia module (which of course fails).

@Typology Thanks, I fixed it now. Ffmpeg likes to break things with updates :(

Ok I didn't know that you actually included the driver patch in the installation of the program as of recent and that is why it worked better. Up until that point I was still manually patching the drivers with the official Nvidia patcher.

The different compositor might affect that, not sure. I haven't really tested with xfce. I have only tested a bit with kde and gnome (and no compositor). There is also difference in compositor behavior between xfce and others when it comes to automatically turning off the compositor for fullscreen windows.

The aur package gpu-screen-recorder-git was renamed to gpu-screen-recorder. Install gpu-screen-recorder instead or you may experience issues.
