@zjeffer -Syu tried to update hyprpaper, then it returned that hyprpaper needs hyprlang >= 0.6.0. I got a lot of issues since hyprland's AUR update so I dropped a lot of hypr*-git since extras seems to be more stable for now so I won't be able to give anymore information about my previous issue.

@Nazrin This is a -git package. This means installing it will always install the latest git commit of the repo, but the version in the name will only be updated if someone manually updates the PKGBUILD.

You'll see this explanation if you flag a -git package as out of date: "This seems to be a VCS package. Please do not flag it out-of-date if the package version in the AUR does not match the most recent commit. Flagging this package should only be done if the sources moved or changes in the PKGBUILD are required because of recent upstream changes. "

It snowball conflicts with the new hyprpaper-git 0.7.3 update.

What do you mean by 'snowball conflicts'?

Could you update it to 0.6.0? It snowball conflicts with the new hyprpaper-git 0.7.3 update.

hyprutils-git should be a runtime dependency.

@earlybird Thanks for reporting and sorry for the delay. The PKGBUILD is now updated with pixman added to makedepends.

I've opted to adopt the package as the original maintainer disowned it. I've added hyprutils-git to makedepends, should now be fixed.

@se7en Install hyprlang-git separately first, then install hyprcursor or hyprcursor-git.
