PKGBUILD (jlc-assistant-bin) W: Missing Maintainer tag是因为PKGBUILD中没有Maintainer信息，与/etc/makepkg.conf无关。

因为你本地的/etc/makepkg.conf 里面没有配置 Maintainer 信息，自然会出现这个问题，至于打包和维护包的话，看下 PKGBUILD 文件学一下，很快的，后面维护的话只需要 修改 tag 和 sha256sums 的值，然后 commit ，在push 上来即可。

测试通过你打包的 5.0.69-6 可以安装运行，namcap检查PKGBUILD显示PKGBUILD (jlc-assistant-bin) W: Missing Maintainer tag；另外，请考虑把我移出维护者，因为我虽然用了一些年的arch,但是还没学会咋维护包。。。。

@kearneyBack 已修复，因为直接安装运行我这边提示权限不足无法使用，这边打包改用的系统的 electron 包，减少了包大小。

直接解压运行安装实测可以 sudo bash install.sh
